Plan, design and conduct user research and usability testing for web services; generate actionable insights, create research strategies, collaborate with product, design and development to turn findings into user stories and prototypes, and mentor other researchers.

Design and evolve engaging data visualisations and dashboards. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product owners to define UX requirements, create personas, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, and deliver polished UI assets for developers.
