Manage operational lifecycle of pre- and post-tax accounts, resolve customer issues, perform account configuration and onboarding, optimize workflows, translate feedback to product teams, and track operational metrics to improve efficiency and quality.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop backend APIs, improve engineering processes, and manage product features in a remote-first environment.

Build and deliver end-to-end features across backend APIs (NestJS/TypeScript) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript), integrate third-party services, own production services (on-call, monitoring, incident response with Datadog), contribute to architecture, and mentor other engineers. Work across web and React Native mobile apps, and help scale integrations and event-driven systems.

Provide day-to-day Tier 1/2 IT support, manage Okta onboarding/offboarding and MFA recovery, administer Mac fleet with Kandji, maintain asset inventory and lifecycle, support SOC 2/ISO 27001/HIPAA audit evidence, escalate complex issues, and maintain documentation and knowledge base.
