Create and maintain API documentation, product manuals, technical specifications, tutorials, Postman collections, and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for payment SaaS products. Collaborate with engineering, commercial and sales teams, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with payment schemes and regulations, and build bank relationships to uncover customer needs and drive product adoption.

Senior contractor to design, build, test and launch US payments gateway functionality (Zelle, Fedwire) in Go on a cloud-native platform. Work includes designing distributed systems, implementing payment flows and error handling, writing automated integration tests, ensuring resilience/performance/operational readiness, improving observability, supporting production deployments, and producing technical documentation while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native Go microservices for a real-time payments platform. Ensure high availability, low latency, resilience, observability and operational excellence. Own services end-to-end, collaborate with product and ops, improve reliability, and deliver scalable payment capabilities using modern tooling and automated CI/CD pipelines.
