The Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and SaaS products, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness while advocating for best practices within cross-functional teams.

Lead US account-to-account payments product strategy and roadmap, focusing on Wire and ACH while supporting RTP and FedNow. Drive discovery, delivery, launch, commercialization and pricing. Collaborate with engineering, commercial and sales teams, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with payment schemes and regulations, and build bank relationships to uncover customer needs and drive product adoption.
