Create and maintain API documentation, product manuals, technical specifications, tutorials, Postman collections, and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for payment SaaS products. Lead AI-enabled knowledge management initiatives, maintain centralized documentation repositories, gather user feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The role requires strong technical writing, coding and API knowledge, stakeholder management, and excellent written English.

Supports the Product Manager in building and delivering Form3’s Canadian Real-Time Rail payment gateway. Analyzes payment scheme, product, and business requirements; creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; assesses product changes; and uses data to inform decisions. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, develops Canadian payments expertise, and owns business analysis deliverables from requirements through product delivery.

Lead US account-to-account payments product strategy and roadmap, focusing on Wire and ACH while supporting RTP and FedNow. Drive discovery, delivery, launch, commercialization and pricing. Collaborate with engineering, commercial and sales teams, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with payment schemes and regulations, and build bank relationships to uncover customer needs and drive product adoption.
