Serve as a Senior HR Business Partner delivering special projects, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, compliance, change management, retention strategies, HR reporting, and leader coaching. Design HR processes, SOPs, wellness programs, and dashboards while advising management on performance, engagement, and workforce planning.

Perform research and develop multi-physics battery plant models and reduced-order models, define test methods, post-process cell and pack data, lead battery management and modeling projects, implement models in simulation tools, map battery hardware to simulation, and transfer technologies to product teams.

Lead and mentor controls and manufacturing engineers to design, commission, and standardize final assembly tooling. Manage schedules, ensure quality and compliance, produce electrical/pneumatic schematics and BOMs, troubleshoot control systems, support customers and suppliers, and travel for machine installations (up to 50%).
