Manage material planning and logistics department operations, drive Ford Production System and lean initiatives, oversee budgets, training, performance reviews, continuous improvement, and union relations while supporting material handling and replenishment activities.

Lead HR business partnership for a unionized manufacturing site (≈850 employees). Oversee employee and union relations, negotiate local collective bargaining agreements, manage HR team, drive engagement, coach leaders, handle investigations/grievances, and implement lean HR practices to improve operational and employee outcomes.

Implement, validate, test, and productionalize predictive models and risk strategies. Build automated pipelines to support mainframe batch testing and move mainframe outputs to cloud. Use SQL/SAS/Python and GCP services to analyze results, introduce automation and GenAI tooling, and collaborate with data scientists, business teams, and IT for smooth model transitions to production.
