Coordinates project deliverables, supports proposals and cost estimates, and manages hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews, and departmental operations.

Develops and executes marketing programs for product lines and company divisions. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, press releases, announcements, website content, advertising copy, and internal communications while maintaining consistent branding. The role collaborates with Product Management, eCommerce, Engineering, and Sales, communicates technical value propositions clearly, and supports marketing initiatives through strong project management and prioritization.
