Leads an engineering team through research, design, development, testing, and production release of technical solutions. Oversees engineering processes, documentation standards, change controls, audits, IT toolsets, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams. Coordinates project deliverables, supports proposals and cost estimates, and manages hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews, and departmental operations.
