Leads production associates by assigning work, providing training and coaching, managing quality and output, testing products, and maintaining safety procedures. Oversees assembly of mobile hydraulic systems, process improvements, inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, and customer service at the will-call counter. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and knowledge of fluid power and production procedures.

Provides inside sales and customer support for mechanical and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, entering orders, providing product and troubleshooting support, managing warranty and credit dispositions, negotiating with customers, and coordinating with outside sales teams. The role also maintains customer relationships, supports application development, and assists with pricing, availability, order status, and returns.

Operate and set up multiple CNC machining centers, including loading fixtures, tools, and programs; adjust cutting tools; inspect and report equipment or tooling issues; perform basic maintenance; follow blueprints, standard processes, safety procedures, and data-recording requirements.
