Manages front-desk duties including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, check-in and checkout, insurance verification, copay collection, records, referrals, and radiology scheduling. Maintains exam rooms, supplies, sterilization records, HIPAA compliance, and daily cash reports while providing compassionate, professional service.
