The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve pipeline quality, conversion, win rates, and revenue while using AI to enhance marketing workflows.

Own product marketing for Flywire’s Travel solutions across hospitality and experiential segments. Define positioning, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, messaging, go-to-market strategies, launches, sales enablement, and competitive materials. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve pipeline quality, conversion, win rates, and revenue. Synthesize customer and market feedback into product and commercial direction, while applying AI to improve marketing workflows and scalability.

Leads the Americas Payment Experience team while handling complex payer inquiries across phone, chat, and email. Acts as an escalation point and payment-product expert, identifies payer experience improvements through data analysis, supports scheduling, training, quality reviews, team development, and project execution. Collaborates with regional and global stakeholders on launches, training materials, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
