Lead and supervise banquet setup and turnovers for meetings, ballrooms, and events. Train and coach staff, execute room layouts from BEOs, handle furniture/AV/linens, ensure luxury presentation, safety compliance, and seamless event flow while coordinating with culinary and event teams.

Support the Membership Department by conducting club tours, quoting pricing, maintaining member records in Jonas and HubSpot, preparing member communications and newsletters, assisting with marketing projects, monitoring inventory, attending member functions, and ensuring club policies and procedures are followed.

Supervise and train Athletic Club hospitality staff, ensure high service, cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction; handle guest inquiries and complaints, manage inventory, support events, and report operational feedback.
