Manage end-to-end customer onboarding from contract signing to Go Live. Lead kickoff meetings, gather requirements, coordinate internal teams, track milestones, manage multiple implementations, maintain accurate records, provide customer support, and identify process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, transaction recording, reconciliations, month-end close support, VAT and audit documentation, vendor coordination, and process improvements.

Serve as the CEO's strategic operational partner to translate vision into executable plans. Build and lead the PMO, manage portfolio and Agile governance, drive cross-functional transformation and AI-enabled process improvements, own Jira configuration and tool integrations, and develop Scrum Masters and PMO staff to ensure delivery, quality, and risk management across the enterprise.

Manage complex flight and hotel bookings, resolve escalations and disruptions, ensure compliance and booking accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify process improvements and support reporting, training and operational excellence for corporate travel clients.

Manage travel fulfillment for flights, hotels, and related services: ensure timely issuance of tickets and documents, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, handle amendments, cancellations, refunds and reissues, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalations, ensure compliance, and support junior staff.

Lead the Travel Fulfilment team to ensure timely, accurate booking processing and service delivery. Monitor KPIs, manage escalations, drive process improvement and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, coach staff, and prepare operational reports for leadership.

Design, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack and automated workflows across CRM, marketing automation, outbound, enrichment, and analytics. Implement AI-driven personalization, lead scoring, routing, and reporting to improve lead quality, sales execution, and revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to run experiments, ensure data hygiene, and optimize pipeline and campaign performance.

Manage and optimize automated travel booking workflows, identify and resolve automation failures, analyze operational data, collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance automation, ensure supplier compliance, maintain documentation, and support testing and implementation of new automation features.

Support the Marketing team by writing and editing bilingual Arabic and English copy for social, email, web, blog, and in-app communications; research travel trends; help maintain content; collaborate with Design and Product; contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
