Lead cybersecurity architecture and technical strategy across product, OT, cloud, and network environments. Drive secure-by-design practices, vulnerability management, risk assessments, and OT network segmentation. Translate standards (IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP) into engineering implementations, mentor teams, and evaluate security technologies to improve posture.

Lead design, commissioning support, and sustaining engineering for utility-scale solar and BESS systems. Translate project requirements into system and component specifications, perform power-system calculations and simulations (ETAP, MATLAB), select electrical equipment and cables, run root-cause analyses, support commissioning and product stabilization, update procurement specifications, and coordinate cross-functional global stakeholders to drive product improvements.

Lead design, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise financial and operational planning platforms (Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, etc.). Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build models, ensure data integrity, execute testing, create training, and drive continuous process and system improvements for FP&A and scenario planning.

Research and analyze Australian energy market trends, build financial models and business cases, generate strategic recommendations, support sales and product teams, and develop analytical tools and market intelligence to inform commercial decisions and industry engagement.

Maintain general ledger accuracy, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end close, assist SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q) and external audits, perform technical accounting (stock-based compensation, equity reconciliations, VAT, lease accounting), and drive process improvements including automation and AI initiatives.

Lead design and ownership of enterprise infrastructure automation and deployment frameworks using Ansible and IaC for Linux platforms. Drive CI/CD integration, secure configuration management, provisioning, patching, rollback, and cross-team automation governance while mentoring engineers.

Lead global production planning across manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers, develop executable production plans, manage Clear-to-Build reporting, surface risks and recovery plans, provide executive-level production reporting, standardize planning processes, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.

Drive execution and coordination for the Growth (sales & marketing) organization: manage major events, operating rhythms, trackers, cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder follow-up, and process improvements to ensure priorities are tracked and delivered.

Lead end-to-end NPI programs and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to deliver product launches. Manage schedules, budgets/CAPEX, risk, BOM/configuration, validation (EVT/DVT/PVT), and manufacturing readiness. Drive DFM/APQP/PFMEA/PPAP, gate reviews, pilot builds, CAPEX tracking, vendor/CM coordination, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across NPI, AME, and sustaining engineering.

Lead engineering delivery for EPC turnkey projects across EMEA, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget execution. Manage external and internal engineering teams, review designs, drive value engineering, support procurement, resolve technical escalations, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Manage sprint and release planning for Mosaic, translate business needs into a prioritised backlog, guide engineering and data science teams, define acceptance criteria, support UAT and incident triage, and coordinate compliance and operational commitments to deliver energy trading optimisation features.

Perform detailed electrical design for battery energy storage and related power systems, produce deliverables (one-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, BOMs), use AutoCAD/Revit and 3D modeling for clash-free constructable designs, coordinate with disciplines and contractors, lead tasks or projects, and ensure compliance with EMEA codes and standards.

Lead Fluence's global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP functions to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives. Own inventory strategy, capacity and network planning, forecast governance, and planning systems. Drive executive IBP reviews, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy, working capital, and planning predictability.

Lead finance, commercial, accounting, tax and legal activities for large-scale battery energy storage projects. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SOX, manage contracts, forecasting, cost control, AR, guarantees, insurance, claims, and commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Lead and develop a procurement team executing procurement and subcontracting for awarded projects across the Americas. Manage supplier negotiations, purchase order execution, delivery performance, contract administration, cross-functional coordination, and procurement governance using ERP and procurement systems to ensure project schedules, budgets, and commitments are met.

Lead integration and realization of BESS control and SCADA requirements, develop control logic for TSO integration, support commissioning and field troubleshooting, create test procedures (FAT/SAT), contribute to product controls development, maintain controls documentation and change control, and travel across EMEA.

Build and maintain financial models (IRR, NPV, TCO) for battery energy storage projects, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, manage model inputs and assumptions, support deal teams and proposals, improve automation and integrate models into commercial tools, and prepare executive and customer-facing materials.

Lead enterprise-wide quality strategy and operating model across suppliers, contract manufacturers, internal sites, and field performance. Own manufacturing and supplier quality, NPI readiness, field issue remediation, quality systems and governance, and continuous improvement. Align cross-functional senior leaders, drive global audits/CAPA/process control, and build global quality leadership and succession to support scale and risk management.

Technical lead for design, integration, and implementation of BESS IT/OT networks and cybersecurity across EMEA. Lead integration with TSO SCADA, develop network/cybersecurity architecture, produce documentation and test procedures (FAT/SAT), guide field engineers during commissioning, manage client/subcontractor interfaces, and support troubleshooting, reporting, and MOC processes. Regular regional travel required.

Manage commercial and financial aspects of a portfolio of BESS projects in the Americas, ensuring accounting compliance, contract adherence, forecasting (EAC/POC), internal controls, change orders, supplier claims, tax obligations, and project performance while coordinating with project managers, customers, and suppliers.
