Protects battery energy storage control systems across customer sites by operating security monitoring platforms, investigating threats, leading incident response, managing assets and vulnerabilities, reviewing network architecture, governing remote access, and supporting standards-based security governance. The role applies IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 while coordinating with engineering, service, site operations, customers, and security leadership in safety-critical environments.

Owns HR operations administration across payroll, onboarding, employee data, vendors, payments, travel logistics, and office workflows. Reviews data for accuracy, resolves discrepancies, maintains procedures, coordinates stakeholders, and recommends process improvements. Supervises security operations analysts and serves as the senior escalation point for IT and OT cybersecurity incidents. The role oversees monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting, cloud security, OT security for energy storage environments, SIEM and SOAR tooling, analyst development, reporting, exercises, audits, and continuous improvement. It requires hands-on expertise with industrial control systems, cloud platforms, security operations, detection content, incident command, and team leadership, including participation in on-call support.
