Lead Fluence’s global Voice of the Customer program and customer segmentation. Design and administer relationship surveys, translate insights into product and go-to-market strategy, build executive dashboards, and partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to align roadmaps with segment-specific needs.

Design, develop, and deploy controls, SCADA, and industrial networking solutions for utility-scale BESS and renewable projects. Lead specification, testing (FAT/SAT), integration, commissioning, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance, constructability, and operational reliability across project lifecycles.

Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans for global BESS components. Balance inventory, capacity, and supplier constraints; ensure material readiness, manage supplier capacity and risks, optimize inventory, support S&OP, maintain SAP planning data, and drive continuous improvement for manufacturing and delivery commitments.
