Manage global HRIS and Americas HR operations, serving as the Workday subject matter expert. Oversee configuration, security, integrations, reporting, employee lifecycle transactions, data integrity, compliance, process improvements, and HRIS projects. Lead and mentor the HR operations team, support payroll and benefits processes, develop procedures and training, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with HR leaders and employees.

Lead supply chain systems, process governance, master data, and continuous improvement for global supply chain. Own SAP S/4HANA requirements, ERP optimization, reporting (Power BI), KPI architecture, and process standardization to support planning, procurement, inventory, scheduling, and fulfillment across BESS operations.

Legal Counsel supporting Fluence’s European operations across commercial contracting, project delivery, corporate legal matters, compliance, and regulatory issues. Responsibilities include negotiating EPC, supply, procurement, service, customer, and vendor agreements; advising on legal and commercial risks; supporting energy storage projects; managing contractual relationships; and improving legal processes. The role requires a qualified European lawyer with at least five years of experience in complex commercial and project-based agreements.
