Manages daily LTL shipments from quoting and booking through delivery, including carrier coordination, tracking, customer communication, invoicing, claims management, and billing discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate shipment data in TMS platforms, monitors carrier performance, resolves service issues, and supports profitability through accurate rating and cost control.

Generates qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, social selling, networking, and account research. Engages decision-makers, qualifies prospects, schedules meetings, manages follow-up, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales executives. Success is measured by outreach activity, appointment-setting, pipeline generation, and conversion performance.

Coordinate freight shipments, negotiate carrier rates, source and select transportation providers, and track shipments through delivery. The role involves resolving transit issues, communicating with account managers, conducting market research for customer quotes and spot opportunities, and supporting new business development.
