Generate new business through networking, cold-calling, and relationship-building. Manage and forecast a sales pipeline, record activity in CRM, respond to RFPs/RFQs, prepare and deliver presentations, and meet sales targets while participating in sales meetings and strategy development.

The Sales Executive will focus on generating new sales, building client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives within the company.

Coordinate and schedule shipments, negotiate carrier rates, source and select carriers, track and resolve transit issues, perform market research and support new business and account managers.

Monitor and track drivers and shipments from origin to destination, manage scheduling and appointments, resolve carrier issues and delays, communicate status to operations and customers, verify delivery requirements, and use company systems to provide up-to-date shipment information.
