Master Data Administrator
The Master Data (MDM) Administrator receives, analyzes and processes supplier or customer master data.
This is a great opportunity for You, if you are detail oriented, have good communication skills and want to be part of a team that supports a multinational company globally. Within this role you will work in multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), do troubleshooting and practice your language capabilities. You can also develop your business and technical knowledge, analytical and interpersonal skills.
After a successful selection You will be assigned to a specific role within the team (Global Audit or Data Specialist or Bank Validation) and work cohesively with others to complete projects, tasks and fulfil audit needs.
What do you need for this job:
- 1 year of relevant experience / Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Completed a Business/ IT / Supply Chain related secondary studies or bachelor’s degree
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Any additional languages is an advantage
- Flexibility and ability to cope with process changes
- Team player
- Relevant finance / supply chain / IT / data analyst experience is an advantage
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Advantage if You have experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP)
You'll be involved in the following tasks:
- Respond to master data requests and inquiries within the agreed timeline
- Ensure data accuracy
- Works closely with business and IT to assure alignment of master data rules
- Perform and support master data audit if required
- Learn and understand master data related controls for local and legal/SOX requirements
- Provide input and ensure accuracy of monthly reports (KPI, audit) as necessary
- Opportunity to suggest or work on process improvement solutions
- Participate in projects or transitions as required
