The Product Owner will manage BUSY's ecosystem, ensuring alignment across hardware and software, prioritizing the roadmap, collaborating with teams, and monitoring product metrics.

Design and maintain Python-based automated test suites and perform hands-on hardware testing of Flipper One. Validate firmware/software on real devices, investigate Linux system behavior, collect logs, analyze failures, and create test scenarios and documentation to improve coverage.

Own product and trade compliance for hardware across global markets: identify certification needs, define regulatory labeling, coordinate testing and documentation (RF, EMC, Safety), ensure environmental compliance (WEEE, RoHS, Battery EPR), monitor regulatory changes, and partner with distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Coordinate transition of electronic products from prototype to mass production. Manage prototyping (EE/ME), testing equipment and software, factory communications, DFM/DFC, certification (FCC/CE/UKCA/SRRC), and product launch schedules with Shenzhen manufacturing partners.

Lead and grow the mobile engineering organization across Apple and Android platforms. Own technical direction, architecture, and delivery; establish engineering processes, improve code quality and testing culture; collaborate with Product and Design to deliver polished user experiences and roadmap initiatives, enabling future monetization of the BUSY ecosystem.
