We're building new products:
Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.
BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to coordinate component procurement, supplier deliveries, and logistics for our electronics manufacturing operations in China, ensuring that production has the materials it needs on time.
Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor the availability of key electronic components based on production schedules and weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts
Coordinate with suppliers and factories to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure components arrive on time for production
Manage procurement of equipment and materials within China and internationally, including supplier negotiations and delivery arrangements
Organize domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping, customs, and commercial documentation
Coordinate supplier payments with the finance team, track customer payments, and collect the documentation required for accounting and tax reporting
Arrange pre-shipment quality inspections to ensure goods meet the company's internal quality standards before delivery
Requirements:
Experience managing supply chain operations for electronics manufacturing, including component procurement and supplier coordination
Solid understanding of purchasing processes, inventory planning, logistics, and international shipping documentation
Experience working with suppliers and factories to manage orders, delivery schedules, and production material availability
Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines
Native-level Chinese and good spoken and written English
