Manage and expand an international B2B distribution network across Asia, India, South America, and other regions. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, negotiating commercial terms, managing contracts and receivables, monitoring margins and unit economics, coordinating legal agreements, and reporting sales and financial performance. The role requires English and Chinese business fluency, international distribution experience, commercial calculation skills, and familiarity with e-commerce, consumer electronics, certification, Incoterms, and logistics.

Create illustrations and visual assets for internal communications, HR materials, presentations, social media, and product-related projects. Develop and maintain the company design style guide, explore multiple visual concepts, and support ad hoc design requests across teams. The role requires strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, aesthetic judgment, hands-on design execution, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Motion design, wireframing, and marketing experience are advantageous.

Provide day-to-day corporate and commercial legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Manage cross-border matters involving the US, UK, and EU; independently handle routine legal issues; build legal processes; and coordinate external counsel for complex or jurisdiction-specific matters. Provide practical, commercially minded advice to the business.
