Design, build, upgrade, and support global Citrix desktop virtualization and Windows server environments. Lead architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks with PowerShell and CI tools, manage AD/SAML/SSO integrations, mentor team members, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to deliver resilient, high-availability solutions.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team across Windows, macOS, mobile and Linux platforms. Own BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, vendor relationships, project delivery, KPIs/SLAs, knowledge management, budgeting, and partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.

Develop, implement and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP, participation) within the FlexStrategy Server framework. Collaborate with clients and SMEs, enhance back-testing, perform developer and regression testing, produce documentation, and provide client support and installations.

Lead QA to define QA strategy, build and maintain automated UI and API test suites across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks, mentor QA engineers, integrate tests in CI/CD, manage manual testing, triage defects, and maintain test cases and metrics.

Develop and maintain FlexONE OMS/EMS features in Java/Scala. Design UI components (Swing), implement features and performance improvements, write unit tests, and support CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins) within an agile Kanban team.

Serve as primary technical contact for clients using FlexTrade products: gather requirements, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, publish RCAs, coordinate with development/QA, implement fixes and patches, onboard FIX connections and liquidity providers, and automate tasks with scripts. Provide client-facing support and drive technical implementations.

Develop and implement integrated FlexTrade products using C++ on Linux/Unix. Resolve complex technical issues, recommend product ideas from client feedback, work across the full product lifecycle, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance FX trading components and low-latency integrations. Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to convert workflows into scalable systems, write comprehensive automated tests (including edge and failure scenarios), produce architecture and design documents, and continuously learn evolving market technologies.

Develop, implement, and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP). Collaborate with clients and SMEs to design scalable, customizable strategies; integrate into FlexStrategy Server; enhance back-testing framework; perform developer testing, QA coordination, documentation, and client support for deployments and troubleshooting.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, build RESTful APIs and microservices, manage AWS cloud infrastructure, integrate Redis caching, optimize performance and security, collaborate across teams, and follow CI/CD and containerization best practices.

Manage onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client relationships for TCA and trade surveillance. Validate trade data, deliver analytics presentations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve platform and client outcomes.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of FlexTrade products: set up environments and VMs, integrate APIs and data feeds, test and troubleshoot, provide client training and go-live support, document in Confluence and track progress in JIRA, and coordinate with internal teams for ongoing enhancements.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for an IT/software firm including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll support, vendor coordination, employee engagement, compliance and audits, recruitment support, visa/travel coordination, and employee inquiries.

Lead deployment of the FlexONE buy-side OMS, own client relationships across the lifecycle, write functional specifications, create implementation plans, validate workflows, oversee UAT, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and prioritize product roadmap requirements.

Manage OEMS implementations for buy-side clients: create and execute project plans, gather client requirements, configure and validate FlexONE, coordinate internal teams/vendors, provide tier-1 production support, assist sales demos, and champion OMS best practices.
