Manage onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client relationships for TCA and trade surveillance. Validate trade data, deliver analytics presentations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve platform and client outcomes.

Lead deployment of the FlexONE buy-side OMS, own client relationships across the lifecycle, write functional specifications, create implementation plans, validate workflows, oversee UAT, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and prioritize product roadmap requirements.

Manage OEMS implementations for buy-side clients: create and execute project plans, gather client requirements, configure and validate FlexONE, coordinate internal teams/vendors, provide tier-1 production support, assist sales demos, and champion OMS best practices.

Lead development of FlexONE web and mobile applications across a Scala/Play backend and React/TypeScript frontend. Drive mobile migration, ensure quality, observability and performance, mentor engineers, assist hiring, and collaborate with desktop teams to deliver feature parity.

Client-facing developer supporting a multi-asset order management system: build client-specific features in Java/Scala on Linux, create monitoring/testing tools, investigate issues using logs/source/db, and provide email/phone support. Requires a CS degree, strong SQL, concurrent programming, and Linux command-line skills; prior finance/OMS experience preferred.

Serve as the technical client-facing contact: troubleshoot and resolve issues, liaise with clients and development/QA, implement and test integrations (including FIX/broker connections and FX liquidity providers), build automation scripts/tools (Shell/Perl/Python/C++), apply patches/releases, publish RCAs, and support onboarding and deployment activities. Design, build and maintain low-latency C++ integrations with market data providers and exchange feeds. Optimize performance, scalability, and resiliency; deploy and support central data feeds; own modules, fix bugs, assist production and audits, and collaborate with client-facing teams.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team, managing day-to-day BAU, incidents, change and problem processes. Oversee M365/Intune/Azure, VDI, endpoints, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, vendor relationships, budgeting, KPIs/SLAs, projects, and knowledge management while partnering with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.

Lead and manage multiple client onboarding and implementation projects for FlexTrade's trading systems. Develop project plans, coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, track progress, scope requirements, produce documentation, run reviews with senior client stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining transparent communication and strong domain expertise in buy-side trading workflows.

Develop and maintain FlexONE OMS/EMS features in a fast-paced trading software environment. Design and implement features using Scala/Akka/gRPC, identify performance improvements, fix bugs, support production, gather requirements, and collaborate with team members.
