Provide global client support, investigate issues through resolution, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic capital markets clients. Drive account strategy, onboarding, complex change programs, governance, escalation management, and commercial expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver executive reporting, run enablement, mentor team members, and ensure client retention, satisfaction and measurable outcomes across asset classes.

Designs, deploys, supports, and provides architectural oversight for global Citrix Desktop Virtualization and Microsoft Windows environments. Responsibilities include Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, SSO, monitoring, automation, cloud technologies, troubleshooting, production escalations, project implementation, and managed-service delivery. The role also provides team leadership through mentoring, workload delegation, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and project oversight.

Manage client implementations and ongoing projects for financial trading institutions. Coordinate technical teams, client trading desks, and stakeholders; track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; communicate status to management; conduct client reviews, demos, and trader training; build client relationships; and identify upsell opportunities. Frequent onsite client visits are required. The role requires front-office trading account management or project management experience, equities knowledge, and familiarity with buy- or sell-side trading platforms.

Lead QA to define QA strategy, build and maintain automated UI and API test suites across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks, mentor QA engineers, integrate tests in CI/CD, manage manual testing, triage defects, and maintain test cases and metrics.

Requires a CS degree, strong SQL, concurrent programming, and Linux command-line skills; prior finance/OMS experience preferred.
