Teams at FlexTrade

Develop, implement, and support low-latency trading algorithms and analytics (multi-leg spreads, baskets, market making, VWAP). Collaborate with clients and SMEs to design scalable, customizable strategies; integrate into FlexStrategy Server; enhance back-testing framework; perform developer testing, QA coordination, documentation, and client support for deployments and troubleshooting.

Manage onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client relationships for TCA and trade surveillance. Validate trade data, deliver analytics presentations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve platform and client outcomes.

Serve as primary technical contact for clients using FlexTrade products: gather requirements, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, publish RCAs, coordinate with development/QA, implement fixes and patches, onboard FIX connections and liquidity providers, and automate tasks with scripts. Provide client-facing support and drive technical implementations.
