Drive account strategy, onboarding, complex change programs, governance, escalation management, and commercial expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver executive reporting, run enablement, mentor team members, and ensure client retention, satisfaction and measurable outcomes across asset classes.

Design, build, upgrade, and support global Citrix desktop virtualization and Windows server environments. Lead architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks with PowerShell and CI tools, manage AD/SAML/SSO integrations, mentor team members, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to deliver resilient, high-availability solutions.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team across Windows, macOS, mobile and Linux platforms. Own BAU operations, incident/problem/change management, vendor relationships, project delivery, KPIs/SLAs, knowledge management, budgeting, and partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.
