Deploys, configures, supports, tests, troubleshoots, and develops solutions for sell-side order management systems. The role maintains system availability, resolves production issues, supports client upgrades, and collaborates with product managers, project managers, business analysts, QA testers, developers, and trading personnel. Requires experience with UNIX, databases, scripting, software development lifecycles, and broker-dealer workflows.

Support implementation and delivery of FlexTrade’s sell-side order management system for global investment banking and trading clients. Translate business and workflow requirements into technical solutions, design and test custom integrations, onboard broker and liquidity-provider connections, and provide end-to-end client support. The role requires client relationship management, issue investigation, root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Source and recruit technical candidates using Boolean searches, social media, Naukri, and LinkedIn. Coordinate recruitment drives, vendor relationships, assessments, interviews, candidate communications, and ATS updates. The recruiter will support niche and bulk hiring, maintain candidate pipelines, attend career events, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Experience in IT recruitment, capital markets, or in-house lateral hiring is advantageous.
