Manage client relationships and technical projects across onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement lifecycles. Coordinate with trading desks, technology teams, Client Services, Sales, Development, and Support to deliver projects on schedule. Track risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and stakeholder communications across multiple accounts. Lead client reviews, prioritize initiatives, and improve cross-departmental processes while maintaining an understanding of buy-side and sell-side trading workflows, particularly FX and equities.

Design and implement roadmap features for a financial trading platform using Go, Scala, Spark, and data lakehouse services. Improve core product performance, fix bugs, support production issues, gather requirements, and collaborate with project managers and engineering teammates. The role requires strong software development practices, maintainable design, correctness, communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases supporting trading analytics, reporting, ETL, and data validation. Responsibilities include schema design, indexing, partitioning, materialized views, query tuning, production troubleshooting, database deployments, and data integrity checks. Build Python and shell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and validation. Support Elasticube and reporting workflows across development, QA, and production while collaborating with analytics, engineering, reporting, and product teams.
