Lead a global hosting and cloud operations team to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance of customer and internal platforms. Implement and test data-transformation pipelines, integrate and customize CLM solutions, follow TDD/Agile practices, maintain code quality, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and mentor teammates while collaborating with architects and customers.

Manage resource capacity, demand, and allocation for Engineering Operations. Administer PSA/NetSuite, track project budgets and utilization, maintain dashboards and reports, enforce processes, support timesheets and onboarding, and collaborate with PMs, HR, and functional managers to optimize staffing and retention.

Gather and document business and technical requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, author XML/DITA technical documentation, support UAT, produce training materials and demos, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
