Supports the PMO Manager with project planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, resource and financial tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality control. Coordinates manual production activities, including content organization, artwork, and parts-list integration, while adhering to aerospace documentation standards such as S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200, and MIL-SPEC.

Supports the development, research, revision, and quality control of aircraft and aerospace maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical publications. Interprets engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, parts lists, and manufacturer data to create accurate procedures and theory of operation content. Coordinates manual production activities, organizes technical information, follows customer and quality requirements, and collaborates effectively while meeting deadlines.

Develop augmented reality mobile applications for aviation and aerospace customers across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, performance optimization, outage response, and customer collaboration. The role uses AI-assisted development, Agile and TDD practices, version control, JIRA, and continuous integration while maintaining quality and information security standards.

Develop, maintain, and integrate augmented reality and content lifecycle management software for aviation and aerospace customers. Research and pilot AI techniques, integrate AI capabilities into products, gather requirements, estimate work, write and refactor code using Agile and TDD practices, and follow security, privacy, quality, and coding standards. Collaborate with engineers and customers while tracking deliverables in JIRA.

Develop and maintain automated tests for mobile applications and augmented reality headsets using Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Unity, and related tools. Build test harnesses, perform API and UI testing, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and use AI and LLMs for test generation, debugging, optimization, and defect analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, manage traceability in Jira and TestRail, conduct root cause analysis, report quality metrics, and support ISO quality standards.

Design and build scalable, high-performance Java/Spring Boot software for Content Lifecycle Management. Implement and test data-transformation pipelines, integrate and customize CLM solutions, follow TDD/Agile practices, maintain code quality, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and mentor teammates while collaborating with architects and customers.

Ensure quality and accuracy of technical illustrations by checking drafts and final deliverables, researching customer-specific model data, verifying offshore illustrators' work, supporting technical authors, attending client reviews, driving process improvements, and ensuring on-time handoffs to meet project schedules and customer requirements.
