Develop, maintain, and integrate augmented reality and content lifecycle management software for aviation and aerospace customers. Research and pilot AI techniques, integrate AI capabilities into products, gather requirements, estimate work, write and refactor code using Agile and TDD practices, and follow security, privacy, quality, and coding standards. Collaborate with engineers and customers while tracking deliverables in JIRA.

Support the Operational Excellence team to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Assist with implementing and monitoring BMS and SMS, collect and report KPIs, run reports, follow up on open items, promote visual management, and drive continual improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO practices.

Develop and maintain automated tests for mobile applications and augmented reality headsets using Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Unity, and related tools. Build test harnesses, perform API and UI testing, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and use AI and LLMs for test generation, debugging, optimization, and defect analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, manage traceability in Jira and TestRail, conduct root cause analysis, report quality metrics, and support ISO quality standards.

Design and build scalable, high-performance Java/Spring Boot software for Content Lifecycle Management. Implement and test data-transformation pipelines, integrate and customize CLM solutions, follow TDD/Agile practices, maintain code quality, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and mentor teammates while collaborating with architects and customers.

Ensure quality and accuracy of technical illustrations by checking drafts and final deliverables, researching customer-specific model data, verifying offshore illustrators' work, supporting technical authors, attending client reviews, driving process improvements, and ensuring on-time handoffs to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Lead a small team of project managers and directly manage key software delivery projects. Build account strategies, coach and hire PMs, implement Agile practices, create dashboards and PMO artifacts, monitor metrics, ensure QMS/ISMS adherence, and act as escalation point to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
