Leads and mentors an Agile team of software and QA engineers, guiding architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and product releases. Owns technical direction, software quality, estimates, code reviews, automated testing, performance, and release readiness. Partners with product, UX, DevOps, hosting, delivery, and customer teams to prioritize work, resolve technical issues, improve processes, and deliver reliable software within scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations.

Supports Linux and Windows infrastructure, security patching, automation, virtualization, backups, high-availability services, database clusters, and container modernization. The role involves Bash scripting, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, incident and release support, documentation, Jira-based work tracking, responsible AI use, and on-call operations while developing under senior-engineer mentorship.

Supports the PMO Manager with project planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, resource and financial tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality control. Coordinates customer projects, dependencies, deliverables, contractors, and project data while escalating issues and promoting project management methodologies. The role is customer-facing and requires collaboration with project managers, product owners, solution management, sales, executives, and internal teams.
