Ensure quality and accuracy of technical illustrations by checking drafts and final deliverables, researching customer-specific model data, verifying offshore illustrators' work, supporting technical authors, attending client reviews, driving process improvements, and ensuring on-time handoffs to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Lead a small team of project managers and directly manage key software delivery projects. Build account strategies, coach and hire PMs, implement Agile practices, create dashboards and PMO artifacts, monitor metrics, ensure QMS/ISMS adherence, and act as escalation point to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Support the Operational Excellence team to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Assist with implementing and monitoring BMS and SMS, collect and report KPIs, run reports, follow up on open items, promote visual management, and drive continual improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO practices.
