Produce high-quality technical illustrations and diagrams per S1000D/iSpec2200 and company quality/security systems. Interpret art markup and technical instructions, collaborate with technical leads, and apply HTG/AMM rules using illustration tools to deliver precise, compliant artwork.

Ensure quality and accuracy of technical illustrations by checking drafts and final deliverables, researching customer-specific model data, verifying offshore illustrators' work, supporting technical authors, attending client reviews, driving process improvements, and ensuring on-time handoffs to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Support the Operational Excellence team to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Assist with implementing and monitoring BMS and SMS, collect and report KPIs, run reports, follow up on open items, promote visual management, and drive continual improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO practices.
