Lead project and corporate capital market transactions, including construction financing, term loans, tax equity, corporate facilities, and equity. Oversee complex financial models, evaluate investments, identify risks, support greenfield project development, coordinate investor due diligence, manage data rooms, and maintain relationships with capital providers and advisors. Present project economics and transaction information to senior leadership and investment committees.

Supports reporting, dashboards, data validation, process improvement, automation, data visualization, and SOP development. Part-time, in-office role supporting day-to-day office operations in NYC: housekeeping, supplies, mail/packages, vendor coordination, event catering, guest hosting, and administrative support to the Operations Manager.

Lead and build the company tax function, overseeing federal, state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 provision and deferred tax analyses, tax return and K-1 coordination, tax structuring and monetization support, tax reporting for financings, audit management, incentives and PILOT analysis, control development, team hiring and development, and special compliance projects (ITC, prevailing wage, withholding).

Lead preparation of consolidated and project-level quarterly and annual financial statements. Serve as technical accounting SME for leases, revenue, M&A, financings, HLBV, VIE, and capitalization. Manage audits, external consultants, accounting controls, and investor/lender reporting. Support commercial, development, capital markets, and operations on accounting implications and execute special projects (purchase accounting, ITC, HLBV implementations).
