Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of grid-scale energy storage projects through development, construction, and commissioning. Maintain schedules, budgets, documentation, procurement support, vendor coordination, site development support, compliance tracking, and stakeholder communication to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

The Development Coordinator supports Flatiron's Development team with administrative tasks, project coordination, and process improvement, offering growth opportunities.

Lead and build the company tax function, overseeing federal, state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 provision and deferred tax analyses, tax return and K-1 coordination, tax structuring and monetization support, tax reporting for financings, audit management, incentives and PILOT analysis, control development, team hiring and development, and special compliance projects (ITC, prevailing wage, withholding).
