Provide high-level executive support to Digital and Retail leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, offsite and event planning, and recurring leadership forums. Anticipate needs, track action items, run special projects, drive team engagement, and act as a trusted, confidential partner across global teams.

Manage Harry's Hair and Lume businesses at Walmart US and lead the full portfolio across Walmart Canada. Build annual business plans, drive in-store and ecommerce execution, manage P&L and trade funding, develop merchant relationships, support retail media and digital commerce, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

Own and grow Harry's Hair and Lume businesses at Walmart US and lead Mammoth Brands portfolio at Walmart Canada. Own end-to-end supply chain operations for a retail or digital channel: lead forecasting and replenishment (CPFR/IBP), manage in-stocks and OTIF, drive store-level operations and chargeback mitigation, coordinate with demand planning, sales, operations and third-party brokers, build reporting and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects to ensure product availability and execution.
