The role identifies growth opportunities, develops business reporting, answers senior leadership questions, drives cross-functional projects, and informs brand strategy. It also coaches analytics team members and leads omnichannel analytics initiatives while partnering with sales, marketing, finance, operations, demand planning, consumer insights, and data science teams.

Lead and scale internal audit, SOX, ERM, and governance for a growing CPG company. Mature the SOX program, implement GRC on the ERP, introduce AI/automation into audit testing, run disclosure and audit committee reporting, manage external/co-source auditors, and partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal to design scalable, risk-adjusted controls.
