Lead technical strategy and execution for enterprise AI: build and operate agent and model infrastructure, hire and lead forward-deployed AI engineers, drive build-vs-buy decisions, partner with data, security, and business teams, and deliver scalable, secure AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.

Support global accounting and shared services (AP/AR) through month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, inventory and freight processing, margin analysis, and process improvements. Assist with SAP-related tasks, AP system implementations, SOX readiness, and special projects while collaborating cross-functionally across US, UK, and Germany.

Manage inventory planning and forecasting for upstream innovation launches. Build assumption-based inventory models, optimize SKU-level service and inventory, place purchase orders, monitor on-time/in-full performance, report KPIs, and coordinate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, R&D, sourcing, and external manufacturers/carriers.
