Develop and manage the monthly creative planning cycle, using performance data and customer insights to create briefs, creative territories, and style plans. Lead creative analytics sessions, coordinate with growth, social commerce, and TikTok teams, research competitors and customer communities, and support AI-enabled creative workflows. The role connects strategy with production and helps optimize short-form, direct-response creative for performance channels.

Design and evolve Harry’s digital brand experiences across websites, email, marketplaces, and other DTC touchpoints. Develop concepts, visual systems, UI, prototypes, motion, and digital merchandising in partnership with UX, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Balance brand expression, accessibility, customer experience, conversion, and commercial goals. Present design rationale, manage projects, contribute to critiques and design systems, and mentor junior designers.

Serves as strategic legal counsel to Finance, People, Technology, and M&A teams. Advises on corporate and commercial agreements, strategic transactions, investments, financings, technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, employment matters, policies, and stakeholder training. Partners with enterprise leadership to provide practical, risk-calibrated guidance in a fast-moving environment.
