Lead BVLOS flight operations and testing for fixed-wing UAVs, including FAA waiver and international regulatory compliance, mission planning, piloting, real-time monitoring, flight-log analysis, and emergency procedures. Manage ground control station operations, RF and C2 compliance, weather coordination, field documentation, and post-flight analysis. Collaborate with engineering, science, and field teams to validate aircraft performance, sensor data, mission profiles, and operational reliability.

Leads business development strategy and transaction execution for biotechnology portfolio companies. Partners with CEOs, senior leadership, R&D, legal, finance, strategy, and IP teams to identify pharmaceutical partners, develop value propositions, conduct diligence, structure transactions, and negotiate term sheets and agreements. Evaluates early-stage compounds and biotechnology platforms, defines partnership scopes and research plans, and communicates complex scientific concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and fine-tune foundation, generative, and perturbation models for single-cell and other biological data to support disease modeling, target identification, and drug discovery. Build interpretable models, deploy generative AI on cloud platforms, establish benchmarking frameworks, and collaborate with biology, chemistry, and omics researchers.
