The role oversees archival processing, metadata standards, digitization support, student and volunteer staff, usage reporting, outreach, instructional sessions, grant assistance, and professional development. The archivist also supports scholars, faculty, students, gallery staff, and the public while maintaining archival policies, preservation practices, and collection services.

Leads Fisk University’s alumni engagement strategy, serving as the primary liaison between the university and alumni community. Oversees communications, outreach, volunteerism, philanthropy support, and major alumni events including Jubilee Day, Homecoming, and Reunion. Collaborates with departments, alumni groups, vendors, and development staff to strengthen relationships and participation. Requires on-campus work five days weekly, with occasional evening and weekend event responsibilities.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Kinesiology responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, advising and mentoring students, conducting and disseminating scholarly research, and participating in curriculum development, assessment, recruitment, retention, service, and community outreach. The role requires expertise in kinesiology and effective higher-education instruction, with proficiency in Canvas or similar learning management systems. Candidates must hold or be pursuing a doctorate in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field.

Leads university development operations, overseeing Raiser's Edge administration, donor data integrity, gift processing, scholarship fund administration, reporting, reconciliation, compliance, and advancement systems. Provides fundraising analytics, dashboards, segmentation, and performance insights while partnering with fundraisers, finance, Financial Aid, and academic departments. Establishes data governance, manages database projects and integrations, supports audits, and ensures donor intent and institutional policies are followed.

Teach undergraduate Special Education courses, supervise teacher candidates in clinical placements, advise students pursuing licensure, and support accreditation and program assessment. Develop curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with state, SACSCOC, and licensure requirements. Maintain scholarship and professional development, contribute to departmental service, build P-12 partnerships, and support recruitment and community outreach.

Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate marketing courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats; develop course materials, assess student work, advise students, participate in university service, and maintain a scholarly research and publication agenda.
