The Senior eDiscovery Analyst advises litigation teams and clients on ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production. The role manages Relativity applications, develops discovery databases and documentation, troubleshoots data, and supports cloud and collaboration data sources. It designs and validates Relativity aiR workflows, mentors analysts on generative AI, and ensures defensible review practices. The analyst also manages multiple projects, maintains technical expertise, supports clients and vendors, works Eastern Time hours, and meets a 1,400-hour annual billable goal.

The Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal coordinates case management, files court documents, schedules depositions, communicates with clients, and supports trial logistics.

Manage and resolve conflicts and ethics issues for a law firm: respond to inquiries, review new business submissions, research clients/adverse parties, coordinate with attorneys, prepare conflict reports, and advise on ethical walls and conflict memorandums.

Prepare, obtain, and file documents for U.S. patent prosecution, including assignments, information disclosure statements, declarations, and office action responses. Manage prosecution dockets, track deadlines, request client instructions, record billable time, and collaborate with team members. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in the office at least three days per month as needed.

Manage and execute client file transfers, retention, and disposition projects. Coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and vendors; maintain records databases; ensure compliance with transfer policies; assist with closing, termination, and special projects; serve as central contact for incoming/outgoing transfers and verify data integrity across systems.

Support the Trademark team by preparing and filing U.S. and Madrid/WIPO trademark documents (using the U.S. PTO ETEAS), communicating with clients and foreign associates, handling TTAB/UDRP/copyright matters, conducting preliminary trademark searches, and assisting on special projects. Meet the paralegal 1300-hour billing metric and work hybrid with in-office presence required three days per month.

The IT Specialist will manage workstation deployments, provide end-user support, troubleshoot network devices, integrate new systems, and conduct training. They will also be involved in after-hours support on call.

Support litigation practice by organizing case files, generating and electronically filing court documents, coordinating depositions and experts, communicating with clients and local counsel, and providing on-site trial logistics and post-trial support.

Independently compute, record, and enter litigation deadlines into the firm docketing system (Milana); verify jurisdiction and court rules; quality-check entries; support litigation teams; prepare and distribute docket reports; research court rules; and improve docketing processes to minimize risk and ensure compliance.

As a Patent Paralegal, manage documents for information disclosure statements and office actions, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining billing records.

Prepare, obtain, and file documents for all phases of patent prosecution with emphasis on foreign prosecution; manage prosecution docket and deadlines; track time to meet billable goals; collaborate with team members and assist on filings and disclosures.

Provide first- and second-level end-user IT support, deploy and configure workstations, troubleshoot Windows, network devices and enterprise applications, support video conferencing and conference rooms, assist with application integration and training, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Work onsite full-time.
