Review and process legal invoices to ensure compliance with firm and client billing guidelines; proof and edit bills, track drafts and cancellations, code and route invoices, respond to billing inquiries, escalate issues to leadership, and maintain confidentiality and client relations.

Provide first- and second-level end-user IT support, deploy and configure workstations, troubleshoot Windows, network devices and enterprise applications, support video conferencing and conference rooms, assist with application integration and training, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Work onsite full-time.
