The role requires strong organization, communication, legal or professional services experience, proficiency with office and document software, and availability for Pacific Time Zone hours.

Provides administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals, including proofreading correspondence and invoices, maintaining calendars and deadlines, arranging travel and meetings, opening matters, preparing engagement letters, processing vendor invoices, and assisting with document management and office tasks. The role requires working from the Austin office at least three days per week.
