Provides flexible operational cover for the AM collections team, coordinating driver, vehicle, loader and route allocations. Monitors collection and delivery rounds, resolves missed or urgent collections, maintains accurate operational records, supports fleet management and communicates with drivers and internal departments. The role periodically covers the Senior Operations Supervisor by overseeing shifts, making operational decisions, monitoring performance and ensuring effective handovers.

Supports PM and night collection operations by dispatching drivers, allocating vehicles and routes, monitoring rounds, resolving missed or urgent collections, maintaining operational systems, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, completing fleet and yard checks, and preparing accurate end-of-shift handovers.

Prospects, qualifies, and develops new business leads through research, email, telephone, social media, and face-to-face outreach. Manages the sales pipeline, identifies customer needs, budgets, and timelines, overcomes objections, schedules meetings, and hands qualified opportunities to the Business Development team. Maintains accurate CRM records in Salesforce, prepares pipeline reports, follows up with prospects, and works toward monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 15–30 B2B key accounts, driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, create tailored propositions, negotiate solutions, and contribute customer insights to improve services, pricing, and products. The role requires sales performance, commercial awareness, communication, presentation, planning, analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
