Own the full B2B sales cycle for mid-tier, multi-site customers, from prospecting and pipeline generation through proposals, negotiation, and contract signature. Develop relationships with operations, facilities, and business stakeholders; manage opportunities in Salesforce; maintain pricing and margin discipline; and coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams. Target customers across hospitality, retail, education, property, facilities, logistics, and related sectors, with typical annual deal values of £15,000–£100,000.

Manage a £2-3m portfolio driving revenue retention, margin protection and growth. Own customer relationships, support service delivery, perform site visits/audits, deliver account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and prepare commercial tenders.
