Handles customer and supplier queries, processes service changes in company software, resolves invoice issues, and manages day-to-day client account support. The role requires excellent communication, organization, workload management, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering timely, compliant service. Waste industry experience is desirable but not required.

Supports customer marketing, retention and revenue growth through CRM journeys, email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and Customer Portal promotions. Manages organic social media, creates and updates website content, supports SEO and landing pages, and reports on campaign, retention and social performance. The role also gathers customer insight, contributes to customer experience initiatives, and collaborates with Brand, Performance Marketing, Customer Success and Support teams while following GDPR and data governance requirements.
