Build and manage relationships with consumer and business customers, originate consumer, mortgage, and light commercial loans, analyze financial and credit information, and make lending recommendations. The role also manages post-closing loan portfolios, monitors performance, addresses delinquencies, coordinates escrow requirements, maintains documentation, supports regulatory compliance, and identifies opportunities to grow loans, deposits, and referrals.

Serve as the first point of contact for end users, perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics, provide clear instructions, log incidents and resolutions, escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support, and follow up to ensure problems are resolved.

Produce visual materials, graphics, layouts, and written content for digital and print marketing. Support campaigns, branch display advertising, social media, and signage. Collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple projects, maintain organized creative files, and ensure brand-consistent, regulation-compliant materials.

Manage commercial insurance accounts by servicing clients, preparing submissions and renewal proposals, comparing coverage and quotes, issuing certificates and endorsements, binding coverage and arranging billing. Maintain accurate policy records, communicate with producers and carriers, and recommend additional coverages. Use agency management systems and carrier websites to ensure policy accuracy and timely delivery of summaries and proposals.

Originates and manages consumer, real estate, and light commercial loans; builds customer relationships and grows deposit/non-interest income; performs financial analysis and credit evaluation; ensures regulatory compliance and documentation; coordinates loan processing and post-closing portfolio monitoring, collections, and escrow management.

Provide administrative support to regional leadership across multiple locations: compile and distribute reports, maintain KPI dashboards, coordinate travel/expenses, plan events and sponsorships, manage vendor and employee logistics, support community engagement and CRA tracking, and assist regional marketing and operational needs.

Process ACH transactions and wire transfers accurately and on time; reconcile and validate daily activity; handle compliance, fraud response, and customer inquiries; document issues in CRM and support internal teams as an ACH/wire subject matter resource.

Sell and place new commercial insurance lines, support client retention, coordinate with account managers, document activity in AMS360, review proposals, manage receivables, and provide financial services to clients.

Provide financial planning and portfolio management for clients, develop trust and cooperative relationships, stay aware of economic and regulatory changes, maintain and update financial plans, and leverage firm resources to grow client relationships and business.
