Originate, underwrite, and manage consumer and real estate loans; build customer relationships and cross-sell financial solutions; ensure compliance with lending regulations; monitor portfolio performance and manage collections and post-closing activities.

Coordinate branch marketing strategy, budgets, campaigns, and content across channels. Liaise between Marketing and branch contacts, manage campaign briefs, content calendars, billboard placements, and update FirstSearch content. Support collaboration with design and digital specialists and recommend allocation of marketing dollars to meet branch and market-level objectives.

Produce visual materials, graphics, layouts, and written content for digital and print marketing. Support campaigns, branch display advertising, social media, and signage. Collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple projects, maintain organized creative files, and ensure brand-consistent, regulation-compliant materials.
