Build and manage relationships with consumers and business owners while originating consumer, mortgage, and light commercial loans. Analyze financial information, credit reports, tax returns, collateral, and cash flow to make lending recommendations. Manage loan portfolios, monitor performance, address delinquencies, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to grow loans, deposits, and referrals.

Leads enterprise-wide payments strategy, innovation, product development, vendor partnerships, compliance, risk management, and operational excellence. Oversees payment technologies including ACH, wires, cards, mobile payments, digital wallets, and real-time payments. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and improve customer and business payment experiences.
