Specifies PLCs, DCSs, HMIs, servo systems, drives, sensors, and related software; modifies control logic and schematics; leads equipment startups and capital projects; coordinates vendors and technicians; analyzes machine data; provides technical training; and improves production performance, safety, and reliability.

Own and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting across ECC and S/4HANA. The role also supports equipment installation and commissioning, product launches, data analysis, and collaboration across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, purchasing, planning, safety, and engineering teams.

The Warehouser is responsible for inventory management, operating forklifts, supporting production lines, and maintaining warehouse organization and safety protocols.

Develops and implements EHS policies and Safety Management System at a manufacturing site; leads incident investigations, conducts EHS inspections and training, supports industrial hygiene sampling, manages compliance with OSHA/EPA/NFPA/ANSI and maintains EHS records and SDS/GHS labeling.
