Responsibilities include filming and photographing machine processes, editing instructional content using video and design software, collaborating with managers and team leads to ensure accuracy, maintaining project records, communicating progress, and meeting quality and deadline requirements while following safety procedures.

The role drives IT/OT convergence, secure connectivity, protocol and platform selection, industrial data flows, architecture standards, and deployment guidance across manufacturing sites. It collaborates with engineering, IT, operations, and cybersecurity teams to improve operational visibility, reliability, and performance while supporting pilots, production rollouts, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
