Requires approximately one year of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales and deal closure for offshore accounting team engagements targeting US corporates and mid-market enterprises. Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, finance leaders, and outsourcing ecosystems; generate pipeline through networking, conferences, and strategic outreach; negotiate commercial terms; coordinate onboarding; and position scalable offshore finance delivery models.

Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, including multi-state and complex tax matters. Perform final reviews and sign-offs, conduct tax planning, identify savings opportunities, ensure compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and meet tax-season deadlines independently.

Manage US accounting activities including bank reconciliations, payroll bookkeeping, depreciation, amortization, deferred revenue, accruals, financial statement analysis, month-end closing, reporting, and SOP development. Independently manage client communications, calls, escalations, and relationships while learning new applications and reporting tools.

Develop new U.S. business with CPA and accounting firms by managing the full B2B sales cycle.
