Lead CRM product development for Finnair's Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Agentforce), translating business needs into user stories, configuring Salesforce, supporting sprints, UAT, releases, documentation, and governance while partnering with business, digital and vendor teams.

Develop and deploy production-ready data science, ML, AI, and optimization solutions for airline operations. Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and software teams to build scalable, tested models and MLOps pipelines, ensure data quality and responsible AI, and support operational decision-making, monitoring, and continuous improvement in an operationally critical environment.
