Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of Finnair's shared React Native (Expo) mobile platform. Design and build core platform components, ensure quality through automated testing and observability, own build/release/update pipelines, align cross-team mobile practices, and guide adoption of AI-assisted development to improve productivity and production reliability.

Technical lead responsible for cross-team architecture and tooling for Finnair Plus engagement systems. Drive quality, security, cloud-native design (AWS), AI-assisted development adoption, reusable frameworks, and code-level contributions while partnering with Product and Design.

Lead CRM product development for Finnair's Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Agentforce), translating business needs into user stories, configuring Salesforce, supporting sprints, UAT, releases, documentation, and governance while partnering with business, digital and vendor teams.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for engagement foundation capabilities (identity, member data, security, orchestration, partner integrations). Translate customer and business needs into prioritized delivery, define OKRs, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and drive product discovery through to delivery within Finnair's digital ecosystem.

Maintain assigned general ledger accounts, support monthly closing (accruals, journal entries, reconciliations), assist financial and tax reporting, prepare reports and analyses, collaborate with Source to Pay/Order to Cash teams, and help develop accounting processes and systems.
