Establish and lead Customer Operations for Finnair’s Component Maintenance Services. Coordinate customer onboarding, quotations, orders, production priorities, invoicing, communications, issue resolution, performance reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across customer-facing maintenance activities. The role serves as the operational interface between customers and internal Business Development, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams while supporting business growth and protecting Finnair’s operational needs.

Lead 24/7 material support for aircraft maintenance operations, serving as the main contact for urgent material availability and AOG enquiries. Monitor requests, inventory, orders, ETAs, transportation, customs, receiving inspections, and outstation support. Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain stakeholders, manage short-term material needs, and operate effectively in high-pressure shift environments.

Coordinates daily flight sales accounting operations, supports month-end closing and reporting, resolves accounting exceptions, monitors workflows, mentors colleagues, updates process documentation, and contributes to finance process improvements and development projects. The role combines hands-on accounting with team coordination while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
