Improve recruiting quality, speed, fairness, and candidate experience while providing market insights and calibration guidance in a fast-paced, highly autonomous startup environment.

Lead a small Platform team while spending most time hands-on architecting, building, and operating production cloud infrastructure. Own IaC, Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security posture, multi-cloud workloads, messaging systems, and on-call incident response. Provide technical direction, run 1:1s and code reviews, mentor engineers, prioritize platform work, and help hire and scale the team.

Lead creative strategy and production for paid acquisition across three markets. Own the creative feedback loop, produce high-volume AI-generated ads, manage UGC creator networks, ensure compliance for financial-product ads, support organic/CRM/OOH assets, and document systems to scale and hire a creative team.
