Lead data science and credit risk strategy across Southeast Asia. Build and oversee production machine learning models for underwriting, fraud detection, risk segmentation, and real-time decisioning. Establish credit policies, monitor portfolio performance, lead stress testing, and support responsible market expansion. Build and mentor data science and risk teams while partnering with engineering, product, finance, and executives to improve approvals, defaults, time-to-decision, and unit economics.

Lead a frontend engineering team while remaining hands-on in product development across web and mobile using Angular and Ionic. Own frontend architecture, technical direction, developer experience, and complex features from problem definition through production. Partner with product and design, write substantial code, mentor engineers, establish quality standards, and use AI tools to improve engineering effectiveness.

Own enterprise business development, partnerships, and the full client acquisition cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through onboarding. Build relationships with CFOs and HR leaders, secure merchant rewards partnerships, lead onsite employee activations, and drive B2B2C product adoption. Track sales pipelines, activation funnels, and performance metrics using CRM tools, while gathering market feedback and troubleshooting launch issues. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership, persuasive communication, commercial judgment, analytical ability, and Thai and English fluency.
