Own the creative feedback loop, produce high-volume AI-generated ads, manage UGC creator networks, ensure compliance for financial-product ads, support organic/CRM/OOH assets, and document systems to scale and hire a creative team.

Develop and monitor ML-driven consumer credit risk models across Southeast Asia. Analyze portfolio performance, default and approval metrics, policy changes, model drift, and alternative data sources. Partner with data, engineering, product, finance, marketing, and legal teams to improve risk decisioning and approval funnels. Build early-warning indicators, support experimentation, and deploy responsible lending strategies. The role requires strong credit risk, statistical, SQL, Python, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with fintech, cloud, MLOps, and Southeast Asian regulatory experience preferred.

Architect, build, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure for a high-throughput fintech. Own IaC, Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security hardening, messaging systems, and repeatable provisioning for rapid market launches. Support developers with self-service tooling, join on-call rotation, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause analysis to scale the platform across regions.
