Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a rebuilt cash management platform supporting short-term trading, FX maintenance, and collateral management. Responsibilities include challenging requirements, designing resilient solutions, handling exceptional scenarios, and providing L2/L3 production support. The role requires Java, multithreading, Kafka or similar messaging systems, database experience, Python, recovery mechanisms, and strong analytical skills.

Design and build production-grade REST APIs, data pipelines, database schemas, and backend services for quantitative finance platforms. Work with Python, Postgres, Snowflake, MongoDB, S3, and analytics data while collaborating with researchers, frontend engineers, and stakeholders. Contribute to scalable system architecture, security, observability, troubleshooting, documentation, and modern engineering practices.

Develop and enhance high-performance core trading systems for fixed-income and derivative securities. Build low-latency, high-throughput functionality for message processing, trade matching, and trading protocols. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, debug large C++ codebases, optimize networking and system performance, and use AI tools to accelerate development and onboarding.
