Findev is an international fintech engineering company that builds and modernises software for capital markets, electronic trading, investment management and financial data. We work with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, brokerage firms and other financial institutions on technology where accuracy, performance and reliability are essential. Some projects begin with a new platform or service. Others involve complex systems that have supported critical financial processes for years and cannot simply be replaced. Findev engineers determine what needs to change, what should remain in place and how the technology can evolve without disrupting the business. Their work spans architecture, high-load applications, system integrations, financial-data processing, performance engineering, AI solutions, QA automation and legacy modernisation. Findev was founded in 2020 and has grown to more than 170 specialists. The average professional experience across the team is 14 years. Senior engineers participate in analysing requirements, identifying risks, evaluating technical trade-offs and making architectural decisions, rather than working only from predefined implementation tasks. Our engineering hubs are located in Limassol, Cyprus, and Kraków and Warsaw, Poland. Findev also has remote colleagues in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia and Spain. Employees in Cyprus and Poland can choose between remote, office-based and hybrid work, with the flexibility to adjust their working arrangement as their needs change. For eligible international hires, Findev provides visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to Cyprus and Poland. Support includes work and residence permits, related costs, flights, accommodation for the first month and help with relocating accompanying family members.
