The Program Director manages government shipyard projects, ensuring program performance, financial management, and compliance while leading teams and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities include fitting steel for ships, operating equipment, welding, troubleshooting, and maintaining tools while adhering to safety standards.

Lay out, position, cut, fit, and weld ship components (decks, bulkheads, tank linings) using torches, saws, grinders and welding equipment.
