Supports SAP and Workday HRIS operations by troubleshooting issues, validating data, assisting with testing and reporting, gathering business requirements, and supporting HR technology projects. The intern collaborates with HR, IT, HRIS stakeholders, and vendors to maintain accurate systems and improve processes while following confidentiality, ISO, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, financial reporting, and performance analysis for a business unit. Oversees financial controls, ERP reporting, process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and investment evaluations. Partners with program and functional leaders to address risks and unfavorable trends, provides recommendations to senior leadership, and manages finance employees, including hiring, development, performance evaluation, and work assignments. Frequent travel between Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay is required.

Supports the program management office by tracking production progress, corrective actions, technical dispositions, launch readiness activities, government and long-lead property, hardware problem reports, and material-related production impacts. Assists with weekly program metrics, variance analysis, change tracking, and coordination across internal departments. The role requires strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, safety, and Microsoft Office skills.
