Provides executive and administrative support to the General Manager and EMEA leadership team. Manages calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, expenses, and office operations. Owns special projects, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, improves processes, supports CRM and NPS activities, manages vendors and supplies, and ensures priorities and follow-up remain on track.

The role also oversees regional technical support and repair activities while remaining hands-on with customers and field training. Based in Germany, it requires approximately 50% travel throughout Europe.
