Serve as the sole European HR leader and strategic partner to regional leadership. Manage full employee lifecycle—talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, development, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational design—while adapting global HR programs to European markets and using HR metrics to guide decisions.

Lead upstream product strategy for connected hardware, firmware, and software. Identify market opportunities via VOC and research, partner with engineering to define requirements and roadmaps, build business cases, and drive products from concept through commercialization with go-to-market plans.

Own and grow an established Arizona/Nevada territory by building distributor and contractor relationships, driving revenue through training, demos, and sales support, executing territory plans, and managing pipeline and CRM activity. Frequent travel and independent field-based work required.
