Owns technical direction for a connected HVACR product line, including system architecture, requirements, integration, testing, validation, performance, reliability, and technical risk management. The role coordinates mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software engineering teams and external development and manufacturing partners. It also provides technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, requirements traceability, and guidance on engineering workflows and best practices.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, benchmarking, merit planning, incentive plans, benefits administration, vendor relationships, HCM systems, HR analytics, reporting, process improvements, and compliance. Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, and external providers to deliver competitive, equitable programs and actionable workforce insights.

Designs and executes verification, validation, functional, environmental, durability, and reliability testing for electromechanical products. Develops test plans, procedures, fixtures, instrumentation, laboratory setups, and automated test systems. Analyzes data, investigates failures, recommends design improvements, maintains requirements traceability, and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Provides technical guidance to test technicians and advances laboratory and test automation capabilities.
