Lead the technical direction and development of connected HVACR products from concept through production. Design, prototype, analyze, test, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. Define product architecture and requirements, oversee validation, manage technical tradeoffs, collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers, and drive design reviews, FMEA, RCCA, patent development, and continuous product improvement.
