Lead Fido's market expansion in Uganda by driving product innovation, forming strategic partnerships, conducting market and competitive analysis, raising debt for growth, and building and mentoring a high-performing business development team to launch and scale digital financial products.

Support corporate finance and strategy through debt raising, M&A, due diligence, market expansion analysis, financial modeling, investor materials, and cross-functional strategic work. Own end-to-end transaction workstreams, synthesize market intelligence, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Lead customer experience and back office operations in Zambia, coordinating frontline support and third-party providers, managing transaction monitoring, reconciliations, escalations, knowledge base, reporting and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and scalable customer service.

Provide high-volume customer support via calls, email, and chat; resolve issues and escalate as needed; support upsell/cross-sell efforts; perform transaction processing, data audits, and back-office recordkeeping; maintain compliance and CRM records; meet KPIs and recommend process improvements.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute Fido's marketing strategy in South Africa, manage campaigns, build brand visibility, and oversee the marketing budget.
