Leads multinational and local corporate banking relationships across Ghana, including Energy, Power, Mining, and regional businesses. Owns portfolio growth, strategic client relationships, profitability, credit and risk management, sales execution, customer segmentation, and team performance. Partners with credit and product specialists to structure solutions, identify opportunities, manage risk, and deliver corporate banking strategy. Coaches business-unit leaders and maintains senior-level client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Manages small-business banking relationships in Obuasi and Ejisu, focusing on SME sales, customer relationship management, commercial lending, financial statement interpretation, credit risk assessment, and bank product promotion. Ensures account opening, KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud reporting, and compliance requirements. Collaborates with branch, retail banking, operations, and credit risk teams while maintaining client relationships and meeting sales objectives.

Manages relationships with small-segment customers in the Obuasi and Ejisu areas, supporting customer needs, maintaining accounts, and developing business opportunities.
