Originates residential mortgage loans focused on low- and moderate-income borrowers within the CRA assessment area. Builds relationships with community organizations, realtors, and government agencies, sources down-payment assistance, meets sales targets, coordinates with underwriting and processing teams, maintains records, ensures regulatory compliance (CRA, HMDA, ECOA), and cross-sells bank products.

Support digital banking operations including card issuance, ATM and online banking maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate with internal teams, assist business clients with treasury services, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Drive growth in the Luzerne County market by sourcing new business, building and maintaining business client relationships, producing quality commercial loans, and cross-selling bank products. Act as trusted financial advisor, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requires strong credit judgment and business banking expertise.
