Monitor and investigate suspicious activity alerts, review currency transaction reports, perform due diligence on high‑risk accounts, maintain records and reports, support FCRM alert management and system improvements, and assist with audits and regulatory examinations to ensure BSA/AML compliance.

Originates and processes mortgage applications by driving sales through business development, community engagement, and relationship-building. Coordinates with internal teams to ensure compliance, meet sales goals, cross-sell bank products, maintain records, and participate in sales initiatives while supporting strong customer service and team collaboration.

Originates residential mortgage loans focused on low- and moderate-income borrowers within the CRA assessment area. Builds relationships with community organizations, realtors, and government agencies, sources down-payment assistance, meets sales targets, coordinates with underwriting and processing teams, maintains records, ensures regulatory compliance (CRA, HMDA, ECOA), and cross-sells bank products.

Drive growth in the Luzerne County market by sourcing new business, building and maintaining business client relationships, producing quality commercial loans, and cross-selling bank products. Act as trusted financial advisor, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requires strong credit judgment and business banking expertise.
