Own the Bank’s 360 View CRM platform, including implementation, administration, configuration, reporting, automation, integrations, data integrity, and optimization. Partner with business teams, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer insights, and drive user adoption. Support enterprise business applications and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

Leads the bank’s infrastructure and technology operations, including network, cloud, endpoint, telecommunications, resilience, and service management. Oversees reliability, security, scalability, incident management, disaster recovery, vendors, compliance, technology roadmaps, and operational standards. Partners with business, security, and application leaders while managing and mentoring infrastructure, network, cloud, and endpoint engineering teams.

Leads the design, security, and management of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure. Oversees virtualization, Windows servers, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, patching, monitoring, and risk remediation. Ensures regulatory compliance, system availability, audit readiness, and cloud governance. Provides technical leadership to engineering staff, supports audits, handles major incident escalations, and leads infrastructure projects.
