Support the bank's security program through fraud investigations, facility security, surveillance and alarm maintenance, regulatory reporting, security training coordination, vendor liaison, and risk mitigation to protect people, facilities, and assets.

Monitor and investigate suspicious activity alerts, review currency transaction reports, perform due diligence on high‑risk accounts, maintain records and reports, support FCRM alert management and system improvements, and assist with audits and regulatory examinations to ensure BSA/AML compliance.

Lead planning, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the bank's infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, telecommunications, and technology operations. Ensure availability, security, resiliency, and compliance; oversee incident, asset, and IT service management; manage vendors; develop roadmaps and standards; mentor engineering teams; and evaluate emerging technologies to support business priorities.
